Eat your body better

I often tell my clients to “eat the rainbow”. It can help clear and balance the chakras in the body.

  • So if your feeling low on energy then eat yellow food. It will help balance and re- energise the solar plexus. 
  • If you are feeling emotional and hormonal eat orange food and drink loads of water this will help balance your sacral chakra.
  • Underground and don’t feel like you here, your mind is always somewhere else then eat more root vegetables. This will help your root chakra.
